The Knights who say Nanner Nanner

Bring us a rubbery duck.  Eek… that didn’t sound right!

Ok… so I have 2 parties under my belt now. The first party I didn’t actually stay at very long because it was a small office and it was way too crowded. Plus, I needed to go buy a cocktail dress for the big company party… which was last night.

It was AWESOME! The casino gaming was a blast. I’ve never gambled before… I had a major streak of beginners luck. Too bad we weren’t playing for real monies! Damn it! Hehe We cashed in our chips for raffle tickets trying to win prizes such as a 4 mega pixel digi cam, dvd/vcr combos… etc.

Anyway… I lost $25,000 in one play… but that should give you an idea of how well I was doing ;) hehe I was betting high… between 5-10K a pop hehe, sometimes doubling it. Damn I wish it was real money! Hehe I was playing Black Jack all night.

The DJ was funny too… for those of you who MUX, all the songs that I put on my Jukebox in the Disco Room, they were all played at last nights party! ROFL! It’s raining men, Night Fever, YMCA… I got a personal kick out of that… and imagined my mux buddies and myself on the dance floor hehe.

I didn’t end up winning any prizes, but my sister made out like a bandit. She won a $50 gift cert for Home Depot (one of our favorite places), a very large George Foreman Grill, and a very big (we had to get 2 guys to carry it out for us big) deluxe electronic dartboard. Hehe I’m really glad sister won ‘cause her night started off pretty crappy. She didn’t even want to go to the party… but she did thanks to my pouting. And she brought home the goodies!

She best be cookin’ dinner tonight! Hehe We’ve got about $150 of meats in our freezer… the grill she won will work quite nicely!

Work Work

Ok… so I’m grinching out on most of my family this year…. And I’ve taken Koi’s suggestion to buy a gift for donation and put it in the family member’s name. Viola! A gift for them! At work we had an angel tree of children from an orphanage we usually support every year… I took 6 kids… that’s right… 6. 3 boys & 3 girls.

Jose, Greg, Jeffrey, Melisa, Jackie and Rosemary. All between the ages of 14-16. I’m excited. There’s nothing more fun than shopping for 16 year olds! I get to pretend I’m 16 all over again.

Anyhoo… I hope to make these kids happy. Unfortunately, we are limited to just one gift from their wish list. Each angel has 4 items listed and I have to pick one. I think that sucks… I would like to get then all 4 items they wanted… but the Orphanage wants all children to receive an equal amount… and that I can understand.

There are still quite a few angels left… I’m considering going to get more. Maybe I’ll just show my family appreciation this year by cooking one fantastic meal for them… but no gifts. I’ll do all the gift giving to the orphanage.

Booty!

You all need to chant 3 times “May Robin Get Some Lovin’ Soon!” Ok? Would you do that for me? Make sure you’re really clear what kind of lovin’ *wink wink*

I’m sure you all know what I mean! Do it! Do it now! PLEEEEASE!!!!
